ROBERTSON BENNETT CHAPTER #70

 

ROBERTSON BENNETT #70 recently participated in the back to school supplies program sponsored by Kentuck Elementary School. Through donations from the chapter members and a monetary donation from the chapter Robertson Bennett #70 Members were able to assist in promoting the “Rising Star Motto” of Worthy Matron, Brenda Thompson.

Wimodausis Chapter No. 106

On July 7, 2018, Wimodausis #106 attended a Potomac National Game together.  We had a total of 27 Chapter members, friends, and family.  The event became not just a fun event for our Chapter but also for other the organizations that meet at the lodge, which includes Royal Arch, the Blue Lodge, Amaranth, Rainbow and DeMolay.  We even had a couple potential new members join us!  The night ended by watching fireworks and running the bases.

Stony Creek Chapter No. 126

Surprise visit by the Worthy Grand Patron!

Brother Howard Mason, Worthy Grand Patron, made a surprise visit to Stony Creek Chapter No. 126 on Wednesday, October 10th to present “The Catch” award to our Secretary, Sister Rosemarie Bland after her great catch of his fall at Stony Creek’s official visit.

Clinch Valley Chapter 152

50-Year Member Presentation

Worthy Matron, Sister Barbara Holbrook, proudly presented Sister Helen Bush her 50-year pin at the September 25 stated meeting of Clinch Valley Chapter 152 

Sister Helens daughters, Shonna McReynolds and Jewel Bradley were present for the presentation.  They too are members of Clinch Valley Chapter 152.

Robertson Bennett Chapter No. 70

 

ROBERTSON BENNETT CHAPTER No. 70 held an Evening in Italy Fundraiser Dinner on Saturday evening, November 17 at Kent Masonic Lodge, Keeling, VA  with a one-hour show by ELVIS (Tribute Artist, Randoll Rivers). Morgan-Johnson Chapter No. 44

Gretna Chapter No. 118

 

We made thankful baskets for police, Fire and rescue squads in Blairs, Chatham and Gretna. Morgan- Johnson #44 and Gretna #118 were the participating chapters.

Morgan-Johnson Chapter #44 donated underwear and socks to Grace A Lot. This an organization started to help people that have lost everything to fire. Pictured are Lisa Wiebking, representative of Grace A Lot, and Cindy Motley, Worthy Matron of Morgan-Johnson.

 

 

 

 

ROBERTSON BENNETT CHAPTER #70

 

DELIVERED HOPE BOXES TO RESIDENTS OF TRUTH HOUSE MINISTRIES, Danville, VA.

 

Members of Robertson Bennett Chapter #70, OES, Keeling, VA, recently delivered Hope Boxes to the residents of the Truth House. Truth House offers hope and rehabilitation to a variety of women. The program houses 6-7 women during a 3-6 month period. Each box contained a bible along with tooth paste, tooth brush, comb and brush, and other toiletry items. The items were collected through donations from of members and friends of the chapter.

DELIVERS CHRISTMAS BLANKETS TO SHUT INS

 

Members of Robertson Bennett Chapter #70 delivered handmade fleece blankets to their shut-in members for Christmas. The blankets were handmade by Phyliss Newnam, who was initiated in February 2018. Below are pictures of members and the shut-in’s receiving the blankets.
