Our members are dedicated women and men who sincerely reflect the spirit of fraternal love and desire to work together for the greater good. The Order of the Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization in the world where both women and men can participate and share in the principles of Freemasonry. The star in Eastern Star represents the Star of Bethlehem leading the faithful to that city not made with hands. Since its founding it has grown world-wide with over 500,000 members in chapters in most of the 50 states and in 17 countries raising millions of dollars for numerous charitable projects.
By giving our time and energy to meaningful projects that include charity fundraising, supporting community youth, and fellowship/community outreach, our members strive to embody our defining principles of fidelity, constancy, loyalty, faith, and love.
